When you live at the Tonopah Studio Apartments your monthly apartment cost (exclusive of telephone, internet and cable or satellite TV) is only $380.00 (for new tenants). There are no extra or hidden charges of any kind... just $380.00 per month! Compare this amount with other apartment complexes that advertise low rents, but leave out additional charges for water, heating, trash, hot water or electricity that can often cost you over $100.00 per month in addition to your rent!

Our security deposit amount is $170.00 of which $100.00 will be refunded if the residents stays at least 2 months, gives a 30-day written notice to leave, and leaves the unit in good condition. The $70.00 is a non-refundable cleaning fee.
